Our massage practitioners are experienced and professionally trained. Due to various provincial regulations we do not offer receipts for health benefit rebates.

To schedule your massage or yoga session, simply follow the ‘book now’ button on our website, or contact us via phone or email if you have any specific requests. Bookings taken in advance are appreciated.

Your practitioner or teacher will provide absolutely everything you need for your booking so you won’t have to lift a finger.

Your treatments are completely customizable and we encourage sharing as much information about your specific requirements so we can make appropriate arrangements.

We understand that your plans may change. Please inform us if you wish to cancel your treatment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Notifications received less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will incur 100% cancellation charge. No-shows will incur full cost of the treatment.

To prepare for a massage or yoga session, it is important to hydrate beforehand, avoid heavy meals, and be ready on time. It is recommended to communicate any special needs or preferences to the practitioner or instructor beforehand. As for clothing, for a massage session, many clients opt to use a robe before undressing to your comfort level and covering yourself with the provided linen. For a yoga session, wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion.

Yes, we do offer gift certificates for massage and yoga services, which can be purchased online. These certificates can be customized to fit the needs and preferences of the recipient and can be redeemed at any time within 12 months of the purchase date.
